Cancellation Policy

We take pride in the coffee we sell and hope that you like it as much as we do, however, in case of cancellations on orders, it will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of order confirmation and we will do our best to fulfill. We have a designated support team to handle all requests. In case you want to cancel, kindly email on imperial.coffea@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. 

 

Returns Policy

 

We do not accept any returns due to perishable nature of our product, however, if in case you have any problem with the product delivered to you, kindly, contact us within 2 days of delivery and we shall do our best to satisfy you. 

 

Refund Policy

 

For orders cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, entire amount will be refunded within 48 hours and it will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.
