Who We Are

Some Background

We at Imperial House, a boutique hotel in the heart of Allahabad city, have been serving and delighting our customers with freshly roasted, grounded and brewed coffee from our own estate from fifteen long years. Coffea, however, grew out of the fondness for the aromatic coffee by our customers. Coffea, is a tribute to those great farmers of yore, for whom farming was a spiritual exercise that went straight to the heart of things, making every sip of the coffee a divine experience.  For whom coffee was cultivated not merely for consumption but also for contemplation of the delicate balance of flavor, taste and aroma. At Coffea we don’t stop obsessing over every cup after the sourcing and the roasting is over. Our signature coffee - Signature Roast is perfected for extracted drip coffee, artful espresso drinks and is the result of our extensive employee training program, which you can experience in every cup. We feel it’s the human element, not just the elevation, that makes our coffee rise above all else. Smell, sight, sound, and even touch are all equally important aspects of what we do, day in and day out—starting with the selection of seeds of coffea plants. Only to provide you with the most exotic tastes and aromas of coffee, we ensure the best qualities of seeds are used; intense care is given and optimum nourishment is provided to coffea plants to obtain our Coffeá coffee beans. We at Coffea work on the simple purpose of getting great coffee to everyone who asks for it and we have gotten even more specific about freshness and peak flavors now.
